The energy puzzle

North Dakota is trying to do it all: Oil, gas, coal, bio-fuels, wind, and nuclear (if they could get the permits). Their pragmatic and practical approach is to produce whatever energy they have, using the best standards of environmental safety and technology. I'm no specialist, but it's sort of working.
