Over the boardwalk

The suits are over it: New York City wants to concrete over the famous Coney Island boardwalk - at least, the parts where pesky local people live. It's an interesting debate which cuts to the heart of how cities keep real treasures intact, whilst living within their means and responding to environmental crises.
